Rajiv Kapoor is the Managing Partner of Trans Juris and a senior legal professional with over four decades of experience spanning civil, commercial, corporate & criminal litigation & advisory, arbitration, contract and constitutional law disputes, family & personal laws etc.
An Advocate by qualification, he has advised and represented a wide range of public sector undertakings, infrastructure bodies, multinational corporations, and private enterprises, with particular depth in large-scale arbitration matters, especially those arising out of engineering, construction, infrastructure, and public procurement projects. He has been closely associated with major arbitration matters for organisations such as NHAI, NHIDCL, EPIL, PFC, Railtel, SPMCIL, and other national and international clients, and regularly appears before courts, arbitral tribunals, and statutory forums across India.
Rajiv’s practice combines strategic legal advisory with hands-on dispute resolution. Known for his measured judgment, deep institutional knowledge, and solution-oriented approach, Rajiv continues to lead the firm’s arbitration and complex litigation practice while advising clients on high-stakes legal and commercial issues.
Ashit Kapoor is an Advocate enrolled with the Delhi High Court with close to five years of experience in litigation and arbitration, advising and representing clients across a wide spectrum of civil, commercial, constitutional, competition, and regulatory matters. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, various High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and courts across the country, and has experience handling disputes spanning aviation, real estate, banking, contracts, corporate and regulatory law, debt recovery, insolvency & bankruptcy, and criminal proceedings.
Ashit has been involved in several complex and high-stakes disputes, including constitutional challenges, competition law matters before the CCI and appellate forums, arbitration proceedings involving domestic and international parties, and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
A graduate of Amity University and National Law University, Delhi, with a diploma in International Arbitration from the University of Leiden, Ashit is known for his rigorous legal research, precise drafting, and dependable courtroom support, bringing a thoughtful and solution-oriented approach to every brief.
